CHAD KAFFER

Chad Kaffer brings 20 years of experience as an attorney with a focus in real estate, corporate, and commercial law. Having worked in transactional, general civil litigation, and appellate litigation, Mr. Kaffer’s broad practice allows him to develop comprehensive strategies to find positive solutions to all challenges.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kaffer gained experience working with developers, lenders, real estate brokerages, investors, and construction companies. He also has extensive administrative law experience and has appeared numerous times before the Department of Real Estate, Registrar of Contractors, Board of Appraisal, Industrial Commission, Labor Board, and has also collaborated with the EEO, ADA, and HUD.

 

In addition to his work in court, Mr. Kaffer is trained in alternative dispute resolution and regularly mediates or arbitrates disputes. He is a talented communicator who engaged in competitive public speaking and debate while at university and law school.  He is currently licensed to practice in Arizona, Pennsylvania, and before multiple federal district courts.
